三徳(SANTOKU) knife is a versatile knife that is indispensable in Japanese kitchens. It is named "SANTOKU" because it can cut meat, fish, and vegetables with a single knife. 

  • Blade metal: Japanese High Grade Molybdenum vanadium stainless steel
  • Handle metal: 18/8 stainless steel
  • Blade form: For both left- and right-hand use, Applied Edo sharpening.
  • Handle form: Sculpted pattern like Kamakura carving
  • Ryujin technique supplies a hollow, light-weight handle.
  • Sharpening: Ryujin feature thin blades that are quickly sharpened. A few strokes on the whetstone are sufficient to restore a sharp edge. No special whetstone is required.
